Go Lightly: make space for your fabulosity

“At its best, spacemaking can be an act of self-care,
and a journey of discovery.
You take time to create an environment that supports you,
and allows space for your fabulosity,
clearing away everything that obscures your view
of what matters most to you.
You rediscover yourself through the decisions you make,
and explore your relationship with your past, present and future
through your possessions.
Your history, your hopes, your struggles – they’re all expressed
through the things that surround you.
And, like everything, clearing space can be an opportunity to practice compassion and mindfulness…
from the Spacemaking Playbook
(the beginning of our Go Lightly adventure)

Hello, lovely you!

Starting January 17, we’re going to be clearing some space. Yes!

Specifically, we’re going to be clearing space for your fabulosity – your great work, delicious art, sweet dreams, deep breaths…

We’ll begin with the Spacemaking Playbook - a gathering of deep-diving mini-missions that light up old stuff in new ways, infusing your clearing with loving intention.

And then, over four lovely weeks, you’ll receive gentle nudges twice weekly, delivered by email. Each of these pocket-sized ponderings will explore an aspect of spacemaking:

• safety + regret • enoughness • self-expression • active ownership
• curious questioning • compassion • preparedness • overwhelm

Havi Brooks

“I think lovingly about you at least ten times a day when I go into my study or peek through its half open door as I walk up the stairs. I look at that room that I just couldn’t make peace with. And it is so beautiful now.  The difference it has made in everything is huge and palpable.” – HAVI BROOKS | FLUENT SELF
